These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the iMDrive application (“the app”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is intended for adult drivers (18+).
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store you installed it from (Google Play or RuStore on Android, the App Store on iOS).
You agree not to: reverse‑engineer, decompile or tamper with the app except where permitted by law; use it unlawfully or to endanger yourself or others; interfere with its security features; or submit false community data (e.g. speed‑camera reports). We may limit or end access that abuses the service.
The app offers optional in‑app purchases (iMDrive Pro and AI‑credit packs). Payments are processed by the store, and refunds are governed by that store’s policy. AI credits are consumable, have no cash value, and are non‑transferable. Features and prices may change over time.
The app hands off to and relies on third‑party services (e.g. mapping/road‑data providers, external navigation and media apps, the AI provider, and the app store). Your use of those is subject to their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for them.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on information the app provides, from vehicle damage, or from accidents. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms; we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
